Parcel still at the SAME delivery facility after 6 days

Parcel tracking number: PL005756347312 I have posted a complaint earlier on this platform and that post was deleted. I m writing this complaint again to voice out my right as a consumer. I m very unhappy with the POS LAJU services. For me, this service is too slow and unacceptable. The parcel has been in Puchong delivery facility since July 14th and the status was never updated then. After I have voice up my complaint to the seller and Shoppe, the status was updated. Guess what? The status is still the same!!! I really cannot believe this! I have tried to called the all the number I can find on Internet but can reach any of them. I just would like to know when will POS LAJU deliver my parcel? If pos laju has time to delete my post on this platform, please use the effort and time to solve your customer problem.
