hi, i was charged USD 96.00 to my credit card today as i already unsubscribe the free trial few days back and stated that no amount will be charge to my credit card. i did not receive any OTP to authorized on this transaction either . i did not even use the free trial after 1 day of registering yet they charge me a yearly subscription.hope to get back my full refund as soon as possible. (SGD133.21).
