I'm new to uhc, and optumrx for prescriptions is the worst. Every rep I call, I get a different answer with any question. Been on the phone everyday this week trying to get my mail order prescriptions filed and billed correctly. I still haven't resolved my specialty pharmacy medication. One day i'm told they will file my 2nd ins express scripts and the next day i'm told it's not in their network. I will cancel my insurance if inhave too! My co-pay is over $1000 for specialty med simphoni.
