I made a purchase from New Chic which had listed many positives about this company. When my purchase arrived one item (a dress) had a large and a small bright pink stain in the from in the white area. The other item did not fit (a pair of sandals). I received the return information, repackaged the items and went to the post office today [protected] to mail it back. Much to my amazement it would cost 44.00 to return because it must be returned to China (although it was shipped from Segundo, Ca.)! Really? I have to pay customs and all other costs for something that came from California????? Never will I do business with them and I will spread the word. I will take the loss. Unfortunately, this is a painful lesson learned! Believe me, I have already let this pathetic company know.
