On Sunday, 5/16, I attempted to visit the Nespresso store in Northpark Mall Dallas, Texas. The store hours stated opening at noon. However at noon the doors were still locked, several employees inside the store but not looking at the line of customers waiting. At 12:10PM, I left. I returned at around 1:00PM and complained. The response I got was: Yea we opened a little late today. Also only three staff to handle customers. Lastly still requiring I wear a mask even if vaccinated.
