On Monday 17 May I received a call from Mr Price Money Group contact centre agent. As I had recently opened an account. The agent was offering me a funeral plan and I said I was not interested. She kept on insisting, repeating herself on and on and I keep telling her that I under lstand but I'm not interested. Till she got frustrated and just hung up on me. What kind of customer device is that? Am I forced to take a funeral plan even though I don't want it?. I did not like the way she spoke to me. I don't remember her name but the call was made on 17 May at 16:48
