I ordered a De Humidifier on 3/9/21. The unit was shipped on 3/10/21. I received the unit on 3/12/21 (Friday). I realized that the unit was not what I needed and called to return it on 3/15/21 (Monday) The order number is [protected]//[protected] (As referenced on an e-mail) On 3/16/21 LG CNS e-mailed me a note saying that a RMA would be issued within 72 hours. I have not yet received that RMA. On 3/19/21 I called because I had not received my RMA and was told I would receive it in 24-48 hours. Now, on 3/21/21, I have still not received the RMA. I want to return this unit as soon as possible. Model #UD501KOJ5ABKEUS1 (On Paperwork) Serial # 010TAKKEB805 Please let me know what is causing the delay.
