impossible to activate LG warranty

When we bought LG washing machine with a dryer, on 14th of July 2021, we were told by the seller that we have to register our device online within 30 days or, otherwise, our 5 years warranty will not be valid. We have tried to do it through LG web site, but there is no possibility to do it that way. We have tried than through the LG support contact telephone, but none answers that phone (+[protected] 4) for two weeks already. We have tried to find some other possibility to contact LG support, or any other department at LG, but there was no success. LG doesn't provide any possibility to contact them at all and it is, in my opinion, a severe violation of customers' rights.
