August 23, [protected] Is the 1st tracking number given to me, this is supposedly door to door delivery with 305php delivery fee. I tracked it and saw it will be delivered within the day. Waited for 2 days, no delivery happened. Then tried tracking it again and adv me to call LBC for some issues. I googled the contact number in Lipa, no one answered. I tried messaging LBC thru Facebook messenger, no reply. Until it was delivered back to the seller. The seller advised me that according to LBC, the reason why it wasnt delivered is because they were not anle to contact me and no one is at home which is very impossible to happen. No one called me, and I am always in the house. Then September 11 another tracking number, [protected] then I received a call today from LBC that it will be delivered today but need to pay 605php!!! Is it my fault that it wasnt delivered to me the first time you tried to deliver the parcel to me? I need the refund please!
