My wife stayed a LaQuinta hotel in Lake City Flordia on Jun27 2021. During the night there were girls running up and down the hallways laughing and screaming. Contacted the front desk with this problem and was told that they would take care of the problem. The problem persisted and another call was made to the desk. They said again that they would take care of the noise . They never did anything about the noise. Around 3 in the morning the noise quieted down. My wife was on vacation in between the end of chemotherapy and up coming surgery and needed a good night sleep. With all of the noise in the hallways my wife DID NOT GET ANY SLEEP. They decided to check out at 7 in the morning to get out of the hotel Upon leaving the hotel my wife spoke to front desk and filed a complaint with what happened to the night. I contacted Mr Sullivan manager of the hotel and he informed me that the only thing he could do was offer some reward point, Sent a EMail to Mr Sulivan on July 13 and told him that we paid $164. 64 and his offer of reward points was unacceptable. I had a phone conversation with Mr Sullivan on July 29th and went over with him all the problems with his hotel. He then said he could offer me a 40 dollars credit and after further discussion he raised his offer to $60.00 and would not offer any more which I accpeted and was not happy about the whole situation. We paid $161.64 dollars a night at your hotel for a QUIET ROOM AND A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP WHICH did not happen. The only acceptable out come would be a full refund for the services your hotel did not provide. I look forward to hear your response.
