Surgeon not coming at time

In uppal branch kolors, appointment given at 7am morning but no one in kolors what is this we are waiting till 8 am, 1 hour we are working women we are not expecting like this, this is time wasting please kindly take a decision or reslove the problem . What is the problem . Sorry to say this we are paying the money and time wasting . This is not at one time ...
