Delay in authorizing the use of my refund for a cancelled flight for a future flight.

Contacted Justfly's customer support to attempt tp apply my refund for Justfly booking [protected] to a new flight to the same destination and same airline. I talked to a service rep 3 times and the same resulting email to submit their quote was sent to me. I replied and I have not received any reply or code to apply to a new reservation. It takes over 4 hours on hold to get a representative on the phone, and the samr rhetoric is given about receiving an email. The email received is responded to, but no response is returned to acknowledge the email or provide a code to enter to apply the refund to my new flight. This circular avoidance of an actual response and resolution appears to be designed to frustrate me and get me to give up on my refund application to a new flight. I find that any company that utilizes that tactic will no longer receive any business from me. I will also encourage anyone I can to avoid any transactions with that company.
