There is no 24x7 JadooTV after sales support. The prices mentioned on their website are not honored. In Canada, I paid them CAD250 instead of advertised CAD160. I need technical support and no one at their technical support wants to help. The emails to their support remain unanswered, no one picks up phone and their online refers back to call the sales office. They have factory preset PIN on my Jad007 box and no one is willing to help. Just going in rounds and rounds. It is so frustrating.
