Case : Missing parcel. Airway bill Number : [protected] Item #1 : Concrete Mixer Parcel Size : 42cm x 78cm x 63cm Parcel Weight : 48kg Item #2 : Spray Gun Parcel Size : 23cm x 15cm x 20cm Parcel Weight : 0.9kg Timeline : 15/6/2021 - Mistakenly sent out two different parcels with the same airway bill attached. 17/6/2021 - J&T sent out one of the parcels. Parcel was delivered. 22/6/2021 - Contacted customer to check if they have received item #1 instead of item #2. Customer confirmed that they have only received #2. After locating the potential buyer that might have received the concrete mixer (Item #1), we contacted them and they said that they received the spray gun (Item #2), not the concrete mixer. However if we clicked into the income details of their order, "RM51.60" was deducted from the order because of shipping fee, the parcel size's shipping fee has exceeded, so it is confirmed to be the concrete mixer (Item #1). We wanted to proof that the buyer received the concrete mixer (Item #1) instead, so we asked J&T for the proof of delivery. So I checked with one of the staff in J&T and asked her to help us to check if the parcel was delivered to the customer. The staff checked and said that there are two parcels with the same airway bill, and so J&T Negeri Sembilan chose to deliver one of them (Item #2) and keep the other parcel (Item #1) back at J&T hub. When the customer received the parcel, the airway bill was attached to the parcel. But in J&T's proof of delivery, the airway bill wasn't attached to the parcel. So there are two airway bills, which we have mistakenly printed twice, attached to Item #1 and Item #2. We have been going back and forth with the staff of J&T for feedback, but we are always awaiting feedback from J&T Negeri Sembilan for the parcel, but they never helped us to look for the parcel. Nearly two months passed, and we are still waiting for J&T Negeri Sembilan to get back to the J&T staff that's helping us to contact J&T regarding the missing parcel. The parcel is worth RM800, and J&T Negeri Sembilan hasn't been helping in moving the case forward, so we hope that MCMC will help us with this case. Thank you.
