Description of incident : Very bad service, no idea about of dates of refund for our money. We have been charged 409$ for a purchase that we have already returned to Ikea. The service representatives at the Ikea store at Iris St, Ottawa, gave us the wrong set of bed It has been a month now that we have not got our refund. Such pathetic customer service, that every time we tried calling for our refund status, there is a different information set provided. Starting in August 7th around, until today, they mentioned every time that we should be getting it by next week. By 30th July they said they have changed the refund type - from direct payment to our debit card to giving us Ikea credits [which we never asked for, neither was it discussed with us, and honestly who would shop with them after such a pathetic experience ?], but calling after a week after 30th July, we found it has not been shipped and there is no tracking number either provided to us even after requesting. Date of incident - 8th July 2021, until today, it is continuing Order number - [protected] ID - [protected] - case number for refund
