Elize Nabal I bought a cinema reclyner for myself for my birthday last year October, CASH. The salespeople were not friendly or helpful. On the day of delivery 13 October 2020 i took pictures and wrote on the delivery note that the couch was faulty. Nobody contacted me ever. After visiting the store in Rustenburg in February 2021 to enquire what is happening the couch was fetched 28 February for repairs. Precious at the store confirmed with me it would be delivered yesterday 11h30 but untill now no delivery or phone call or nothing. I explained to her that I was working yesterday and would have to take time off to be home and that is why I confirmed twice that it would be delivered. Nothing yet. Then last night 17h15 they just arrived at my house without contacting me and making arrangements. (my neighbour informed me this morning they were there)Sorry yesterday was Monday and Sunday was when I expected the delivery but it never happened. So 16 March the couch was delivered back to me exactly as it was before. I have pictures to prove it. I have requested a new couch and hope that Belinda from Rustenburg will keep her promise to deliver a new one within 7 days. I am very very dissapointed and do not recommend this store or House & Home in general.
