Unorganized pulling internet orders, received old paint, clerks lack product knowledge

I had placed two Home hardware orders via their website. They duplicated one item that was not charged for, so I brought it back. Now I realize they forgot an item in their warehouse for another order I had picked up and I have to go back yet again. Prior to this I was sold a gallon of Natura Pearl paint that was old. I was only given a credit for another can of paint when I had asked for a refund. This bad paint cost me extra labour to sand down the two walls to remove the bad paint which should specs of dried paint stipple and also had to throw away a roller cover which I paid for because of this disaster. Product knowledge could be majorly improved for instance 3 clerks on different incidences were unsure of what type of light bulbs went with the fixtures in your store.
