Placed my order on Aug 11th for delivery on Aug 13th but to date it has not been delivered. The shipper used was Ontrac. Asked for a refund but was told I can't get one because order was dispatched. Emails to company not being properly answered or dealt with. Ontrac tracking number is https://.track.easy post.com/.djE6dHJrX2NjMjl3ZjlOMTVINjRiOTU4NjVhYWNhYzA1NWI3NmM3. It seems to be permanently intransit.
