Couch stain

After almost 6 months of having to deal with guardians warranty and the hours it takes on hold when you try to call them to discuss the status of your claim I've realized that people need to know not to bother buying the "service protection plan" because when the stain won't come out of your couch and they send you a replacement part the di-lots won't match the other couch cushions or the frame of the couch and that's not covered under the protection plan so you are basically stuck with a couch that is mismatched. In their minds the "issue/claim" has been resolved. Had anyone had a successful experience with this company ????
