Broken mechanism - Filed claim in January 2021 and still have not received my part and its 6 months later!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY ANY GUARDSMAN PROTECTION PLAN!!! Unfortunately they are the only ones that a furniture store offers as far as a protection plan goes but they are crooks. They take your $$ and then don't deliver on fixing or resolving any problems. It's like flushing your $$ down the toilet!!! They need to be sued and go out of business!!!
