No one here in Al wahda mall branch listens to us members of the "ladies only" section .. we are constantly complaining to "R" the timeline manager about the poor trainers performance and the unfair timings .. the group class timings are all not suitable to us working ladies, i am working and all good classes finishes early, I CANT CATCH ANY STRONG CLASS! yet the timeline manager always ignores us.. i am an old member, i can see how the gym quality is dropping by time ... all good trainers are gone, we are forced upon poor performing trainers, it seems also our complaints never reaches to management .. all classes after 6:00PM ladies classes are dance or Mixed classes ! this is such a shame, i started my journey .. i used to be a loyal member .. now i can't even recommend it to anyone
