I did everything the Georgia Department of Labor requires to receive the unemployment benefits both of federal and state, I received the redetermination letter granting me $285 state and $300 federal, I've waited since November, and still nothing . I have tried to have someone call me back and no one is available . I have emailed commissioner a hundred times, I have tried to set up a appointment which is impossible and totally not professional at all . I hope this is not the standard of our state very long, because the Ga department of labor is a poor mistake to represent any department of government, and shows just where we are as a government period, definitely over rated if it even exist, I'm hoping this department does not show the same results, because it would make me question as to if the government we portray even exist, please show me different, all I'm asking is simply for a employee of ga department of labor to contact go card and load my unemployment benefits including back pay onto my go card this should not take a year the money has already been given to give to me what is the deal ?
