Stove/oven service under warranty

This has been going on for the past 3 months and more since the service technician came and diagnosed the problem with our oven shutting off in the middle of baking/cooking. We were told that the unit needs a part that needs to be ordered but we never heard back from geek squad or any other party/repair contractor. The claim experience has been very poor that left a very bad taste with us where we will never buy any other appliance from Best buy. Our friends and relatives know our story with this claim, we are not taking here about a coffee machine but a major appliance in a household. After many phone calls to geek squad and no call back as promised everytime, I managed to speak to a supervisor today. Yet, she can't do much but to take the case to the related department. Three month of waiting to repair an oven is way too long and an unacceptable customer service from Best Buy/geek squad. I don't mind if they could swap the unit for a more reliable one, even if we have to pay more, but have some peace and deal with their customers ethically, professionally and with respect.
