Product was never delivered, could not get ahold of customer service.

Order flowers 2 days in advance to be delivered on a specific day (5/18/21) for a birthday. No show, no communication no nothing. I contacted customer service _ which was closed (of course) despite calling within the hours they have listed. Then I emailed and got a response that the specific location that was suppose to deliver was closed so they had no updates. Of course I want a refund but a refund does not do justice if you are sending flowers for an occasion. Being late does not resolve the injustice. Ticket/order number was [protected]
