Cellphone insurance claim

I have been trying claim for a lost cell phone since the 1st of July 2021, I went to Edgars store in Benoni to report, but I was give this number to call [protected]. I have called this number almost every day, but no one answers the phone, I am kept on hold for long. I went back to Edgars for help but they also experienced the same problem. I haven sent an email to Finrite claims department and have not hear anything from them, no response. I will appreciate you help in this regard, I urgently need this phone to be replace since my son uses it for all his school work and is currently struggling without a cell phone. Thank you
