I've been with Fido for over 6 years when Bell gave a better offer. One week after signing with new provider Fido contact me and offered me a very nice deal and I said: "yes, I want to go back to Fido.". Then nothing happened. I have called Fido few times but it looks like no one is able to proceed with my request. It's been a while waiting for Fido to take an action.
