As I have filled numerous complaints on this issue only to get a run around for months. The game has you pay with gems for items only to not receive them after paying. Making you pay twice for the same item. I have notified Evony many times over this and still haven't seen the items returned. The game messed up durning Boc and I was forced to restart the game 5 times within the first hour of the match. Invisible castles and buildings that could not be attacked or occupied but they could attack me costing me a lot of gems and resources which Evony still hasn't replaced. You still can't delete emails or you can until a new one comes in and all the old ones return.
