I am complaint about delay departure

Hello, This is Nary Shin who took Etihad airplane on 13 July from South Korea to Egypt with my 2 children. (EY 873, EY 653) During a trip, it was terrible delay in ABU DHABI airport for the transit. The flight attendant said, that is because of airplane defect not because of weather or natural phenomenon. I was waiting more than 4 hours more than scheduled at that time. This has completely ruined our family schedule. Also my husband had to wait in 6 hours in Cairo airport during Covid situation. I would like to ask that due to the regulations set out, adequate compensation will be made to my family. Please contact me as soon as possible.
