This is the 4th incident where SELLERS have defaulted on Simpson Pressure washers? Whats up with that? If you will review the last email I received from the seller he call me a "b-hole"! After 47 years as a company owner, it was our policy to honor our commitments, as promised, no matter what the cost /loss to us...I made an effort to ADD $ for the shipping as requested by the seller, but apparently we are now into name calling by the seller? These sellers that cant deliver are making a fool of Ebay as well as its long term loyal customers!
