Heat was not on Flight 5366 6:18am to 8:32am Tues. [protected]

George M Freudiger [protected]. I took a flight Tues. [protected] FLT 5366 from White Plains, NY to ATL 6:18am to 8:32am. I paid for a First Class Ticket. The flight crew did not turn the heat on that flight for 45 minutes into the flight. I literally froze my [censored] off. Everybody on the flight complained and I think the flight crew didn't know what they were doing. I expect Delta to send me two First Class Tickets to anywhere I want to go. I believe people could have literally died on that flight. My question is: why did they not know to turn the damn heat on when the plane is going from the ground to 30K feet? Send my tickets to: George M Freudiger 4812 Glenway Ave. Unit #12 Cincinnati, OH 45238. Someone call my cell and tell me why that heat was not on. Thanks, George.
