I am filing a complaint against one of your Delivery Person's who followed me as I was leaving the CVS at 150 East 42nd Street, New York, NY 10017 at approximately, 8:10am on 9/7/2021 because I would not hold the door open for him. It is not the first time this individual has been aggressive and hostile towards me on a previous occasion as I was getting ready to check-out. He is approximately 6 feet tall and he his White as am I. He followed be halfway down the street with his hand truck in an attempt to intimidate me. I am filing this complaint because the next time I will call the police and file a complaint with them against your Store. The next step will be a lawsuit against your store/company. You need to reprimand this individual and or fire him. No Customer should have to feel threatened for not wanting to hold the door open for anyone much less a rude delivery person.
