my name is Bentley Prater i live at 2644 wilson rd highway 76 Newberry sc 29108. complaint: the tracks are behind our home and run beside land we plant every year. now we cannot this year because of water build up after every rain . their are pipes going under tracks (two lines) to remove the water but have been stopped up. theses are good size pipes about 24 + inches round. now when it rains it like we have a pond very big pond. this is causing bugs and the misquto are unreal. i am 65 and have my wife and mother 82 lives here, this is not good. I have sent a complaint in earlier about this problem and your people were here next day to look at this. Make us feel very good at CSX but there has been nothing done. the man that came here told us we were right this needed clearing and so ground work done also asap. Could you Please sent someone again are try fix this we cannot use the land are go outside because of bugs, someone is here all time just knock be glad show you the place but don't think you miss it . look for pond beside tracks . we need your help please, atleast clean pipes out to let water run. well be waiting to heard from you
