Costa sixfields

Hi I like to make complaint at Costa Costa Northampton sixfields. I ordered a salted caramel frostino the cream was off and the cream was falling down the side of the cup . I asked why we can't sit in they said they got pinned by track and trace. Why did they continue working with the drive through. The tables and floors are really dirty. The shop is not Covid secure
