First let me say that it is very difficult to call Costco to make a complaint - their phone menu does not provide for a complaint choice and there is no 'operator' choice on the menu and pressing '0' does not work either. The subject product becomes unusable half way through each roll - it just starts to come off in pieces - I've spent too much time trying to salvage it and end up throwing away half of the roll. Maybe the supplier is selling Costco 'seconds' - maybe Costco beat the supplier down so far on price that the supplier has to ship seconds to stay in business. This would not be the first time I've seen 'seconds' being sold at Costco - but they of course deny that vehemently.
