I've logged in a complaint numerous times with the store assistant in Canal walk's branch, a week after receiving our bed. We bought this bed as we recently got married and moved into our new apartment. Extremely dissatisfied by the quality, multiple faults have been found on our new R8000 bed. Stitches are skew, bed is skew and slanting on one end. We have sent pictures to justify our complaint. However, we keep getting promised someone will contact us regarding this issue and that there is no direct complaint line. We want our bed either replaced or all the faults corrected. This bed is not matching the standard we were promised and paid for. Pictures do not show how bad it looks in reality
