Bad service regarding a bad product

I have lodged a complaint with the greenstone store on the 21 April 2021 regarding the manufacture fault on the couch that I only received October 2020. I indicated that the couch collapses on the sides. The store had indicated that they will send assessors to come and assess if the couch should be repaired or replaced. I am still waiting. No follow up of feedback has been done. I hope they are not wasting time so that my warranty expires. I don't expect such bad service from coricraft.
