My name is Silas Coelho and my phone # is [protected]. About 8 months ago I purchased about $4000.00 in appliances at your store in Aurora, CO. The service at store level was great. A month ago my fridge started linking water, and when I saw that I called maintennance to place a service call. took me 40 minutes and 8 different people to get a technician to come to my house. I decided to shut down the water myself, but was to late, the damage on my wood floor was so bad that the water was linking thru my ceiling basement. I called again to report a claim and believe or not after more than an hour, not one knows what department to transfer me. Finally, a name name Alisha answer the phone and after I explain to Her what was going, Her answer in a very rude way was" someone will call you back in 2 days. This was almost 3 weeks ago and no one call me yet, and my fridge still not fixed. The water damage is about $3.000.00. Can someone please call me or give me the CEO number.
