Returned item but no refund

I made a return 45 days ago, they posted the item on their site again and have not received my refund. I've been back and forth with coggles and all the emails have the same answer: we are checking with our warehouse if they received the item, we will have an answer for you in 48 hours. Well, 48 hours came and went a dozen times over. How can they resell it on their site and still need to hear from their warehouse? I even asked for the item back, but I'm not being serviced in any way. Never had such an experience anywhere.
