Truck has 10, 700 miles. It has been flawless since owned. Live in Whitehouse, Ohio. Was on a trip to Alexander City, Alabama pulling a 6, 000# trailer on March 5, 2021. Transmission started to malfunction as soon as we crossed into Alabama. Nursed it into Champion Dodge/Ram/Chrysler in Athens, Alabama at 4:45PM. By the time we got checked in, all car rental officies were closed. Service dept. closed At 5:00 PM. Was able to rent a vehicle on saturday 3/6/21, Hooked up trailer and returned to Ohio . Enterprise rent a car does not have one way rentals in Alabama. As of this moment, There is no word when a new transmission will be sent to the dealer. I'm stuck with a $600./ week rental car with no end in sight.
