Can not order blades as promised.

Cheated by Ariens–they changed the rules

Bought Ariens mower in 2009. Each year I called in and gave serial number and got free blades as promised. Now when I called in they want the original receipt or the warranty card along with pictures of the machine with a newspaper in picture to prove the date!
