I have a Problem with the system of Car Track and the bad Attitude given by your consultants. They are not well trained. I am not happy because i installed a car track last year on the 22/07/2020 and i got an accident on the 06/08/2020 and my car was written off . I phoned and spoke to a guy called David. I explained what happened with the car and i want to cancel. He told me that i mist wait until i get a new car i wont be charged. I bought a car and then bow I'm ready to install a new one . A very rude lady from account speaking Sesotho told me that i should have canceled last year now im owing lots of money and i am asking myself why my case was not attended .i need answers to this hence i wont pay for a car track that never worked for me and by right the car doesn't exist.
