the unethical behavior, poor customer service and collection of payment without providing the item in order

On 8th April I ordered 4 boneless chicken and some other stuff from carrefour packages mall online. The rider comes and gives 3 packets of boneless and other stuff and also takes the whole amount. when I open and check my order I see 3 packets of chicken instead of 4 upon which I try to contact the customer care but there's no response. After trying for about an hour and them picking up and cutting my call I finally get a chance to get through it and talk to a lady who asks my order number and assures me I'll get the order the next day. The next day comes and there is still no outcome of my complaint, so I call and again after an hour of them not responding and cutting calls without even listening to my issue, I get through and explain my problem to a guy named asad in e-commerce who asks the order number and information again and assures me again that I'll be receiving my order shortly. still no out come. On 10 april (today) I call them again. After a long time of me Waiting and them not picking up my calls or cutting them again and again, a person picks up the call and I ask him to get me through his manager and I'm telling the manager furiously that this has happened and I'm still waiting and I'm not happy with the customer service AND THE MANAGER SAYS "DON'T GET HYPER, TELL ME YOUR ORDER NUMBER" upon which I ask him to repeat and he repeats and I tell him I'm your customer and not your friend AND HE CUTS THE CALL AGAIN !!! if this is what I get from a hyper mart like carrefour I don't know how high should I keep my expectations
