B&H platinum switch

During the last month maybe 6weeks I have found about 7 cigarettes which don't have a switch in the filter to press can you please follow up on this. This is very disturbing for the client when this happens and you have to waste these cigarettes Most these packets were purchased at shoprite and the Spar in Malelane
