it’s has taken be over 2 months to get my account cancelled

I've sent at least 3 tickets over to their sales and billing accounts with no reply. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they still did not reply. BBB the local attorney general to get a response. I just want my account cancelled. I am deeply disappointed because I have been a customer since 2009 and they deleted my tickets requesting my account be cancelled. Thankfully I have crew shots of what they deleted.
