About a supervisor

I contacted a supervisor to voice my concerns about technical issues I'm exsperienceing and instead of directing attention on that it was turned around onto me having my character slammed with assumptions telling me I'm not a responsible gambler and she suspended my account for apsolutely no valid reason. It's impossible to make a valid judgement of s person from text, it's all in my live chat I would like another opinion before I move forward telling everyone who would care. Thank you.
