Melissa Hephner cut my hair several times. She always was determined to do it the way she wanted, not what I wanted and she asked me to "bear" with her because she thought she could do it the way I would like. She always said to let her know if I was not satisfied with her services. I asked for highlights and she stripped my hair of color. When I told her I didn't like it, she then basically chopped my hair. I told her I was very unhappy and she refused to do anything. I then had to go to another salon and spend over $140 for them to do a color correction and to try to salvage my hair. I just wanted to let people know they are taking a huge risk when they go to Melissa and that the way their hair turns out will largely depend on what mood she is in that day. Heaven forbid if you catch her on one of her "bad" days as I did!
