Purchased from.Robinson's Tuguegarao in February 2019 with a two year warranty. It failed precisely 12 months later.and the matter reported to Robinson's and Beko Customer service department. It took Beko, following several complaints, to replace the washing machine which was delivered, not to my home, but to a police checkpoint some 7 km away. I managed to get it home and working This replacement machine has failed after only 8 months and the matter reported to Beko Customer service department about 3 months ago. Nothing has been done to fix the problem All I get from Beko is excuse after excuse and mostly lies. Can't deliver, can't send a technician, can't come to your location because of covid all these excuses have been offered, by email, so the evidence is here. Yet, I can order many items through Lazada and Shopee which arrive on my doorstep with two or three days from Manila. So I don't buy their flimsy, pointless excuses.
