Maintenance supervisor is watching employees on camera from his personal phone, watching employees as they work, think he is housekeeping, mangement, owner, supervisor etc. He tries to due everything but his job. Has the owners number on speed dial. To complain about every little thing. Or if he don't get his way. Things was going good until this man came here. Every one should quit and let him do it all since he thinks he is Superman and can do everyone's job. I should not have to look over my shoulder to see if this man is stalking me. I feel uncomfortable coming to work. Management should really look into this because what he is doing is borderline illegal. His Name is Michael, owner is Milan. This man should be worried about his job not anyone elses half the rooms in the hotel needs repair but does not get done due to he is to busy doing everything else. Probably will get fired for this but something needs to be done about this.
