Dear Fransi bank, I had send remittances to Philippine on the date of 5th may 2021. When beneficiary went to bank for collecting cash bank staff told them that system is not able to find any transaction. This monet i transfer through enjaz application. When i call Albilad band they said you should call fransi bank. And when i contact fransi bank they said wait 10 to 14 days your money will be refunded to to your account. Please help me out to find the solution because until now i don't get my money back. It's almost more than two months I'm waiting for reply Thank you.
