I really disappointed for the appointment i booked in aster hospital mankool for MRI test and I received a confirmation message from aster to report 30 mins perior to my appointment time, when i reached there was crowed and receptionist sitting in radiology reception asked me to please wait and have seat once my appointment time came a guy came and said you have to wait for 15 to 20 minutes because of MRI is busy, its not good if i booked some appointment and you are asking them to come before 30minutes and after that also asking to wait. What is this? Means that patient or that person is free he dont have work he needs you no next time he never come back. This should not be happened. If its is like that I should get a call regarding you can by this time because of its busy or whatever. I moved from my office to reach here on time 30mins perior my appointment and after that i came to know its busy.. so why its called appointment you can ask people to walkin and wait and do this…
